VOIP Services – 30-Day Free Trial Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the VOIP services (“Service”) provided by [Your Company Name] (“Provider”). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Free Trial Offer
- The Free Trial is available to new customers only and is limited to one per customer or business.
- The Free Trial period lasts for 30 consecutive calendar days from the date of activation (“Trial Period”).
- The Free Trial includes access to the VOIP services as described in the plan details provided to you, but does not include any hardware, such as phones, routers, or other devices.
- The Free Trial is limited to 25 or fewer active lines (“Lines”). Additional Lines beyond the limit are subject to normal service charges.
3. Eligibility
- You must be a new customer and have not previously subscribed to any paid or free VOIP service with the Provider.
- You must be located in an area where the VOIP service is available and accessible.
- The Free Trial is intended for individual, personal, or business use, and not for reselling or redistribution.
4. Service Limitations
- The Service provided during the Free Trial is subject to the limitations outlined in your specific plan (e.g., minutes, features, support, etc.).
- The Free Trial does not include hardware. Any devices such as phones or routers must be purchased separately.
- You may only use up to 25 Lines during the Free Trial period. Use of more than 25 Lines may result in suspension or termination of the Free Trial without prior notice.
5. Trial Activation
- To activate the Free Trial, you must complete the registration process on the Provider’s website or via the designated sign-up form.
- Activation of the Free Trial requires valid payment details (credit card, etc.), but no charges will be incurred during the Free Trial period unless you exceed the specified limits or continue with a paid service after the Trial ends.
6. Billing After Trial Period
- At the end of the 30-day Free Trial, the Service will automatically transition to a paid subscription plan unless you cancel before the Trial ends.
- You will be notified via email 7 days prior to the expiration of your Free Trial.
- Charges for the selected paid plan will begin after the Free Trial expires unless canceled.
7. Cancellation During Trial Period
- You may cancel your Free Trial at any time by contacting customer support or via the account settings page.
- If you cancel during the Trial Period, you will not be billed, and the Service will end on the day of cancellation.
- No refunds or credits will be provided for unused days of the Free Trial.
8. Service Disruptions or Downtime
- The Provider strives to maintain continuous service during the Free Trial but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- The Provider is not responsible for any disruptions, downtime, or issues arising during the Free Trial.
9. Privacy and Data Usage
- The Provider will collect and process your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
- By participating in the Free Trial, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with the Provider’s Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to the Free Trial
- The Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Free Trial offer at any time, with or without notice.
- If the Free Trial is terminated or modified, any prepaid fees will be refunded.
11. Limitations of Liability
- The Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, even if the Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Governing Law
